Steer and cycle falling sticks of three decimal jewels so three equal values line up and clear, however they are written — 0.5, 0.50, 5 tenths or 50/100.
Decimal Columns plays like the classic Columns match-3 arcade: a stick of three decimal jewels falls into the well, the child steers it, cycles the order of its jewels and drops it so three EQUAL values line up across or up-down — 0.5, 0.50, 5 tenths, 50 hundredths and 50/100 all match, because every jewel is the same colour and only the value counts. Decoys such as 0.05 beside 0.5 or 0.53 beside 0.35 target the belief that the same digits make the same number, and a drop that lines up nothing explains both values in hundredths instead of ending the game. Best for Grades 3–5.
